Hi, I’m Christine
I’m an executive coach and leadership advisor who works with driven people at moments of growth, change and possibility.
I create the space to step back from the noise, think deeply, and see yourself and your situation more clearly. Not because you need more information or another framework, but because sometimes the most useful answers emerge when you pause long enough to hear what you already know.
I’m sharp, driven, curious and optimistic. I’m also direct, deeply observant, and not afraid to ask the question that others might avoid.
I thrive in high-performance environments because I know them from the inside. I spent years at Bain & Company, working with Fortune 500 companies, developing and implementing strategy and leading teams. I went on to join a technology startup as a founding team member, where I built and led Operations. I earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and am a trained Co-Active coach.
But some of my most important lessons about leadership didn't come from a business school or a boardroom.
Becoming a parent challenged many of the assumptions I had built my identity around. I learned to let go of perfectionism, trust my intuition alongside my analytical mind, listen more and talk less, and focus my energy on what actually matters.
It changed how I think about leadership. How we lead is inseparable from how we live. And growth often comes not from becoming someone different, but from seeing ourselves more clearly and having the courage to make different choices.
That’s the work I do with my clients. I help them understand what is shaping how they think, decide, lead and live, challenge patterns that may no longer serve them, and expand their sense of what’s possible.
I’ll ask the hard questions. I’ll say the things that may be difficult to hear. And I’ll be firmly in your corner while I do it.
